We offer a few different ways to access care, depending on your insurance coverage and preferences.

If you’re not sure where to start, you’re welcome to reach out - we’ll help you find the best fit.

In-network insurance

Commercial and Marketplace

Our licensed therapists are in-network with most commercial insurance plans, including their partner plans offered through the Washington Health Plan Marketplace. We are not in-network with Cigna, Kaiser, or Providence.

Apple Health (Medicaid)

We are also in-network with Apple Health plans administered through Coordinated Care, CHPW, and Molina. At this time, new Medicaid clients are seen by our intern therapists. We are not currently accepting new clients with the marketplace versions of these plans.

Medicare plans

We are not contracted with Medicare. Medicare plan information may show a commercial carrier, such as Aetna and Regence, but they follow a different billing process and are not in-network with our practice.

Billing Process

We bill in-network insurance plans directly. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. Coverage details can vary widely, so we encourage you to check with your insurance provider for specifics.

Reduced fee

Reduced fee sessions are available with our intern therapists at $60 per session.

Our intern therapists are advanced graduate students completing their clinical training and are closely supervised by our licensed clinical team.

We’re unable to provide superbills for reduced fee services.

Self-pay

For clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are out-of-network, we offer private pay options. This option offers more flexibility in how care is structured and accessed.

We can also provide a monthly superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Standard Session Rates:

Intake appointment: $185

55-minute session: $165

45-minute session: $150

Good faith estimate

If you are a self-pay client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
