(They/Them)

Healing from trauma isn’t linear, tidy, or one-size-fits-all — and I don’t expect it to be.

I love working with folks who are navigating the messy overlap of complex trauma, grief, marginalization, neurodivergence, and OCD. I bring curiosity, attunement, and deep respect for your lived experience — you’re the expert on your own story and I’m here to walk with you, not lead you. I affirm all identities, all ways of relating, and all the parts of you that might have been pushed to the margins.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of modalities including person-centered counseling, expressive arts and drama therapy, somatic practices, feminist theory, multicultural frameworks, exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive and behavioral approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

If you’re in a heavy or uncertain place right now, I see you — and I’m really glad you’re here. People often describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply empathetic. My approach is collaborative and relational: we’ll figure it out together, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and meaningful. I look forward to connecting with you!
