(She/Her)

If you’ve ever been told your emotions are “too much” or that you should be “over it by now,” therapy can be a place where all parts of you are welcomed.

Trauma, loss, and marginalization deserve space to be heard and honored. I work with people whose feelings are bursting out and want a counselor who won’t be overwhelmed—and with those who know painful emotions are inside but can’t yet reach them.

I use a trauma-informed approach that integrates expressive arts and drama therapy, along with person-centered, existential, psychodynamic, and gestalt theories. This creates a flexible and creative process that meets you where you are—whether you’re ready to dive into difficult emotions or need time to build safety first.

I will empower you to embrace the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside, challenge the harmful beliefs you’ve carried, and move toward the future you want. With warmth, empathy, and directness, I hold a deep belief in the worth of every human being and in affirming all identities—and I want you to feel that truth for yourself.
