(They/She)

With every named struggle, there are a multitude of words that go unsaid.

In a world that can be so harmful to those whose identities have been excluded, you may be looking for a space where your needs are respected. Perhaps you're navigating trauma, disability, neurodivergence, discrimination, or family conflict. Or maybe you want to feel more at home in your body, connect to community, and find belonging.

Through Liberation Psychology, ACT, and expressive arts, we'll acknowledge harmful systems while connecting with your values and empowering you to meaningfully thrive. We'll create space to honor both what your body knows and what you choose to share, allowing you to reclaim your story and choose the path ahead.

I hope to encourage agency and wholeness in those I work with, which looks different for each person, and I want you to feel supported in all aspects of life, not just in therapy. This journey isn’t easy, but you deserve support along the way. If this feels like the kind of space you’re seeking, I invite you to reach out—I would love to support you.
