My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of coping, healing, and building secure connections. I offer a warm, person-centered and attachment-based approach. I also draw from trauma-informed practices like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory to help you build resilience and reconnect with yourself.
