(They/He)

You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit in here.
Whether you’re queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, or navigating the weight of trauma and anxiety, every part of you is welcome. Therapy can be a place to show up fully, explore grief and life transitions, and process the impact of systemic harm in a space that affirms all identities and relationship structures.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and socially conscious. I draw from person-centered counseling, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), multicultural therapy, and cognitive-behavioral tools. This is a collaborative process: we move at your pace, guided by curiosity, care, and trust.
People often describe me as warm, grounded, and compassionately direct. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating anxiety or grief, or unpacking the effects of systemic harm, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you reconnect with your resilience and move toward healing.
